Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and towns across India. Some remote pin codes may have longer delivery times.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, select the one you love, choose your options (size, frame color, etc.), upload your photo, and add to cart. Complete the checkout and we'll start creating your custom product.
How long does delivery take?
We typically require 1–2 business days to create your custom product. Delivery across India takes approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number once shipped.
What photo formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best quality, please upload a high-resolution photo (at least 1200px on the shorter side). HEIC files from iPhone can be converted using your phone's share menu.
Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes! For digital portraits and painting products, we share an artwork preview for your approval before printing. Standard photo frames are printed as uploaded.
What if I'm not satisfied?
We stand behind our quality. If there is a defect in our print or craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Is my uploaded photo kept private?
Absolutely. Your uploaded photos are stored securely and are never shared publicly. They are used only to create your custom product.
