1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or ordering from MyXposure.in, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Content & Upload Guidelines
When uploading photographs or supplying custom text for frames and personalized gifts:
- You warrant that you own or have obtained lawful authorization/consent to reproduce the submitted photographs.
- You agree not to submit offensive, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful imagery. We reserve the right to decline processing orders containing illegal or explicitly inappropriate materials.
- You retain all copyright and moral rights to your original photographs. By uploading, you grant MyXposure a limited license strictly to reproduce and assemble your ordered goods.
3. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices on MyXposure.in are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly noted. We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Net Banking securely through Razorpay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.
4. Customization & Proofing
For products that include artist preview proofs (such as digital portraits and oil painting frames), digital previews are shared via WhatsApp or Email. Customers are requested to respond within 24 hours to prevent production delays. Minor color variations may naturally occur between backlit RGB phone screens and printed matte/gloss CMYK art prints.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
In no event shall MyXposure or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier transit delays outside our direct control. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
