We know your photos hold intimate personal, couple, and family memories. At MyXposure, customer photographs are strictly encrypted in secure private cloud storage and accessed solely by assigned artwork artists and print technicians. We NEVER publish, share, or sell your personal photos without explicit written consent.

1. Information We Collect

When you place an order or interact with MyXposure.in, we collect:

  • Contact Information: Name, delivery address, postal code, mobile phone number, and email address.
  • Custom Artwork Media: Digital photos, portraits, and custom text or dates uploaded for personalization.
  • Transaction Details: Payment reference IDs generated via Razorpay. (Note: We do not store credit card or UPI credentials on our servers; payments are processed securely on Razorpay's RBI-compliant PCI-DSS Level 1 gateway).
  • Device & Analytics Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and visited pages to improve site responsiveness.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To design, print, assemble, and deliver customized photo products.
  • To send order confirmation receipts, digital artwork proofs, and SMS/WhatsApp shipping dispatch tracking updates.
  • To prevent fraudulent orders and secure online transactions.
  • To respond to customer support inquiries promptly.

3. Photo Retention & Deletion Policy

Customer uploads are retained in encrypted storage for a window of 30 days following successful delivery to facilitate customer reorders or warranty replacement claims, after which they are permanently expunged. You may also request immediate manual deletion at any time by emailing hello@myxposure.in.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use functional cookies to maintain your shopping cart items across browsing sessions. We also use standard Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to gauge page speed and advertising performance. You may disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.
