1. Custom Artwork & Processing Times
Because each item at MyXposure is personalized with your submitted photographs and custom messaging, our team requires time to create digital artwork, review photo quality, and securely print, laminate, and frame each piece:
- Photo Review & Artwork Creation: 24 to 48 hours from order placement.
- Digital Proofing (where applicable): Sent via WhatsApp/email for customer preview prior to printing.
- Printing & Framing: 24 hours in our production facility using 300 GSM artboard, waterproof matte lamination, and shatter-resistant acrylic protection.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our workshop, you will receive an automated notification via WhatsApp and Email containing your unique Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link. You can also track your shipment anytime via our Track Order page.
4. Safe & Shockproof Packaging
We understand how fragile photo frames and acrylic posters are. Every MyXposure parcel is packaged in 5-layer heavy corrugated boxes with corner protectors, double bubble wrap, and waterproof plastic sealing to guarantee zero damage during transit.
